Insulation and Concrete Grid

A 2 1/2 inch layer of insulating foam is lay on top of the plastic. This is actually something done in normal construction in colder environments. We did it here because it -can- get cold in our area. The steel grid is for tying the radiant heat tubing to, and for providing more rigidity to the concrete.
