After another senseless shooting of children in a public school, the current resident of the White House was asked what his chief frustration was. He responded
“My biggest frustration is that this society hasn’t been willing to take some basic steps to keep guns out of the hands of people who can do damage.”
“We’re the only developed country where this happens. And it happens weekly,” he continued. “Our levels of gun violence are off the charts.”
“You know, the United States does not have a monopoly on crazy people. It’s not the only country that has psychosis. And yet, we kill each other in these mass shootings at rates that are exponentially higher than any place else,”
To which I cry “BS!” This putz had better start screwing his head on straight in the morning and do some research. In just one Internet search for “gun deaths per capita worldwide” the top two links dispel this man’s arrogance and misinformation. It has become so habitual he can only be taken as disingenuous at best for anything he even opens his mouth about. It’s becoming tiring.

He and his ilk are simply trying to change the conversation; get more people to drink the Kool-aid and disarm the rest of the United States of America to make it easier to enslave everyone to the criminal element.
When guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns. Don’t try to tell me they won’t.
When civilians no longer have guns, it makes for ripe oppression. Don’t believe me, look for yourself.
It can never happen here. No, it can’t, IF we maintain the tenants of the Constitution of the United States of America; but if not…. oh… it WILL happen here and when it does you’ll act shocked and surprised.. Meanwhile those of us who knew it would happen will only be able to stand next to you and utter the meaningless words “I told you so” as we’re both led off in the shackles of an oppressor, unable to to fight for our own rights, much less yours.
Support the Constitution, it’s the -only- defense you have left.
